Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the PMP Store website and any orders placed with Positive Media Promotions Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

2. Ordering Process

2.1 Quotations

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include VAT unless specified. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once we have received your written approval (email acceptance is sufficient) and any required deposit or full payment. At this point, a binding contract is formed.

2.3 Minimum Order Values

Minimum order quantities vary by product and branding method. These will be clearly stated in your quotation.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT at the current rate. Carriage charges are additional unless stated as included.

3.2 Payment Terms

For new customers, payment is required in full prior to production. Established customers may be offered 30-day credit terms subject to approval. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.

3.3 Late Payment

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

4. Artwork Requirements

4.1 Artwork Supply

Artwork should be supplied in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) where possible. Raster images must be at least 300dpi at print size. See our Artwork Guidelines for full specifications.

4.2 Artwork Approval

A digital proof will be supplied for your approval before production begins. Once approved, any errors in the artwork become the customer's responsibility.

4.3 Colours

We print to Pantone references where possible. Colours may vary slightly between different products and production methods. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching across different substrates.

5. Production & Delivery

5.1 Lead Times

Standard lead times are 7-14 working days from artwork approval and payment, depending on the product and quantity. Express options are available on selected items. Lead times will be confirmed in your quotation.

5.2 Delivery

Delivery is to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise quoted. Additional charges apply for Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and international destinations. See our Delivery Information for full details.

5.3 Quantity Tolerance

Industry standard allows for a +/- 5% variance on final quantities. We will always aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered but reserve the right to deliver within this tolerance.

6. Returns & Cancellations

6.1 Bespoke Products

As all products are custom-branded to your specification, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6.2 Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6.3 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to a 25% administration fee to cover setup costs. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

You warrant that any artwork, logos, or designs provided do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You indemnify Positive Media Promotions Ltd against any claims arising from such infringement.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or pandemic.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
